We actively participated in the authority's strategic planning process, authored system and implementation alternatives ranging from the wholesale replacement of system components to system enhancements requiring minimal capital expenditures. We authored recommendations related to system functionality, back-office support, vendor proposals, vehicle separation proposals, new hardware and software, as well as violation enforcement modules and IAG interoperability functions. Traffic Technologies also provided critical project management, system design, testing, implementation and acceptance testing oversight.
